Robert LaPoint 

Robert started working as an alarm technician while attending high school and during college. He installed and repaired alarm systems, cameras, driveway sensors, water detection, fire alarm systems, and whole house vacuums. 

After completing his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering he engineered solutions for the DOD including kitchens, bathrooms, living quarters, offices, conference rooms, freezers, blast and ballistic resistant structures which were designed and installed to comply with the National Electric Code, International Plumbing Code, International Building Code, International Fire Code, OSHA, and other military standards and specifications. 

He continues to learn best practices regarding home repairs and gained professional experience by working as a HVAC technician and handyman. The handyman work has been so enjoyable he decided to start Flamingo Handyman Services.
